1. Agreement & Services

These Terms govern services we provide, including app design, web/app development, branding, digital marketing, and IT consultancy. A formal Service Proposal or Quote will outline the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees.

2. Client Responsibilities

You’re responsible for providing clear project requirements, feedback, approvals, and delivering necessary materials (e.g., logos, branding). Delays may affect timelines and costs.

3. Fees & Payment

Fees and payment schedules are specified in your proposal. Payments must be made on time: late payments may incur interest or project pauses. Additional work beyond agreed scope will be quoted separately.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Once full payment is received and the project is complete, ownership and full copyright of designs, code, and assets transfer to you. We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep sensitive information confidential. Material you share remains yours, except for any public material we create as part of the project.

6. Warranties & Liability

We perform services professionally and with due care. Except as required by law, Austech Studio’s liability is limited to the total fees paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Upon termination, you pay for completed work and any deliverables you receive. Pending work remains ours unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

We aim to resolve any disputes promptly—typically through friendly discussion. Where needed, disputes are governed by the laws of Australia.
